  2.  @bhchargers  instead of capulation to that failure of a bloc and successor of the third reich; we ought to be working on sorting our own mess out. The moment any "deal" is struck - we'll be stuck under that excuse of a union - leaving to wonder how we greet them: a shake of the hand or a modern day Hitlergruß.

  3.  @Bobisalive  we voted in a party for the fact that the other option would have revoked Brexit entirely or pandered even worse. Irony being that both parties are in alignment with each other anyway. Trade should NEVER be for necessities; only luxuries. A nation that can not stand on its own two feet is not an independent one.

  4.  @bhchargers  we joined a trading bloc under the impression it would remain just that and nothing more. Ted Heath lied in the 70s to win the Remain vote then and thus inevitably the EU; A US wannabe came about. I want no part of that. We didn't abolish the largest empire on earth just to annex ourselves to the successor of the one we fought 6 bloody long years and sacrificed so much to avoid being conquered.

  8.  @bhchargers  oh I know their lies and I call them on it. But my vote to Leave was based on my own reasoning and decided by myself - not shepherded by opportunists on both sides of the divide.

  9.  @jacobcohen9205  semantics. Can a nation build homes? Sustain food production? Build industry? Defend itself? Govern itself? Yes to all the above? Good! Trade for any of that as a dependence and you're not an independant nation. We don't need to - the ones up top just want to because it's easier for them out of cheapness. Slave labor basically and we're supposed to be against that aren't we...
