@alanbone5512 You clearly don't get it. You vote, you give your consent to whoever wins - whether they be who you voted or not, to act as they see fit on "your behalf" thus it is the voter who has no right remark or complain because how else did they get in, in the first place?

@alanbone5512 Denial of the reality, I personally reject. You whinge about these people and yet you partake in the very system that enables them. That isn't apathy, it's logic and reality.

@christinalayzelle832 How blind... let's play what if, shall we? Reform get in, they're the government: what are they going to do differently then the ones before them? I'll tell you what they'll do - the same thing as before: the establishment will not accept any less and neither will a lot of people up top in the loop with too many fingers in too many pies - including the ones that got Reform the platform to run on - with too much to lose by any upset to the status quo. Because my dear, the choice any government first faces is this: either conform and tow the line with a little hitch here or there to appease your own ideals to make it look like you're doing a job... or completely go your own way and be utterly destroyed via the media to which the average puppet can't help but attain an opinion based on what they're spoonfed and you'll be out of power faster than you can say "Truss gave it a go." Once you figure that out, you'll realise the game is rigged and the only one who loses out are those who play.

@samueldesmond440 Democracy is the illusion of making a choice when the result of such, win or lose is the same as all pieces on the board belong to the same player. Democracy is the illusion that fools the unwary in surrendering their consent in being restrained by a system of rules in which the voter's real ability to choose is stymied.

@twistedsister2568 I'm going to put it as tactful as possible - people are idiots. They often have little; if any thoughts of their own, especially politically - any view or opinion they have, they get from the mainstream or from the subverted opinion of family. "Oh my family have always voted X, so I am too." It's that lazy mindset that allows politicians a free ride and since you clearly haven't registered to a thing I've said regarding the status quo not being affected by the choice of vote - let me put it this way. Your party is a cup: blue, red, yellow, green and so on - the political scope is a water source filled with poison. Does it then make ANY difference what colour your cup is, if you fill it up from the same source as the others? The answer is no, it does not. The establishment KNOW the people are angry, but they really just don't care. Our opinion doesn't matter to them, because so long as people use the very system that oppresses them, regardless of party - it will continue. If you can't see this by this point then honestly, you're hopelessly over your head - voting even for outsider parties is like a dog chasing it's tail.
