@Pandermoanium As they say - history is written by its winners... and we've basically surrendered before the next fight even begins.

@AlanFagan-y5l It's both. And they're not Asylum Seekers, they're migrants plain and simple.

@archiesmum8601 I'll field that last part - I DO advocate that he fight for his rights as I do anyone else for theirs: that's how rights are won and kept - at the determination of each individual looking to have them and one will triumphing over another. Rights aren't given to you, they're won and kept at your own diligence and you only have as many as you're prepared to keep - if someone else has to give them you, then they're not rights at all, but privileges that can be just as easily revoked by someone that is put in position to give them you to begin with.

And yet you'll all keep voting - not realising that whether your candidates get in or not, the resulting government will act how it wants with your legally binding consent. And they're ALL on the same page in towing the line of the status quo; lest they be ousted faster then you can say Liz Truss.

@ericatkinson9285 No. More. Voting. Ffs haven't people figured it out yet - the vote is a delusion to give people the thought that they're having a say over something that ultimately just comes to the colour of the party in charge. They're ALL in cahoots with each other because they all obey the same folk. If getting out of this mess is something you really want - you need to start depending and governing on yourself and not giving up that independence!

@RedToriesBlueTories Even if they didn't, the result would be the same.

@angelamary9493 Whatever - you knew the point I was making and here since then I notice the majority of people rambling on about "We need a Prime Minister who" this and "Vote Reform" that. Essentially my words have fallen on deaf ears for the most part and these foolish souls will still be bitching in ten years time when even if their "beloved Reform" and whatever get in power - they see nothing having changed a bit. You people cry on about the ineptitude and corruption of the system and yet you all keep taking part and casting your vote and thus your consent. You all are just culpable of this madness as those in power are, so stop complaining. You reap what you sow.
