Unfortunately it's a trap in either sense - cash was only king when it was gold backed and silver before that; now it's debt based. Each coin and note is a glorified IOU set to a debt the nation has been made to take up. Basically the banks with these notes are doing what any Tom, Dick or Harry would be thrown in prison for fraud by doing themselves with a pc and printer. The rush to Digital is solely for the means to do this unebatted as well as to rein in control of people's antics and even thoughts. If we want to truly regain our freedom; denouncing both digital and the currency has to be taken up. Bartering may be time consuming, but at least it damn well works.
