@sophiebell4758 with all due respect, that argument there is simply wishful thinking. In 200 years you know what will be the case for humanity? People killing people. It'll be the same a hundred years from now like it will be ten years from now and just how it's been throughout history. That's not me just being fatalistic or mere capitulation, but a direct observation of fact. We're more likely to destroy ourselves then anything else: it will take the act of God himself to sort things - man and nature are simply too incompetent to harmonise in such veins of wishful thinking.

The thing about the doc: he would have been against the unethical, but understand the perspective of the time was also quite different. Ambo saying what he did was altruistic? Not at all, but imagine what monsters the general population will think we are in 200 years time... providing we having 86ed the human race before then.
