@gregpettis1113 video footage with two separate lawyers counteracts that completely and the agreement was written a year before we married. Needless to say we're an oddball couple by today's standards but hell if I can't say it hasn't worked damn well. My wife and I clearly do love each other, but we both use our heads before our hearts.

@otaviolobo7989 hardly forced - either it was signed or we didn't get married - simple as. Besides the same conditions apply for me too. If either of us commit adultery we are entitled to nothing in the divorce. She herself made that condition. Prenuptial Agreement is under the law and can not be voided without due cause and I guarantee there isn't one.

@gregpettis1113 then I would like to have any judge that would try and disregard it show me the law that deems it irrelevant. If violation of terms of a contract can be proceeded with by law via say termination from a company, then so too can a prenup. You can't just uphold the law one moment then ignore it the next.
