He hasn't cheated as the norm is now - "Gender can be changed and must be 'respected" so he took full advantage of that. Want to make it a cheating matter? Tell the Navy and everyone else for that matter to stop supporting this woke bullshit. If women want to be in the forces they have to keep up with the men - plain and simple.
