How hilariously tragic - so for people making their own minds up that they have to advertise everywhere they have a choice to do "The right thing" hmph right for each person or just for the ones who want this all out. Let's call a spade a spade; they've wanted id cards for years and much like how Blair started a war for the sake of introducing Political Correctness and Hate Speech laws, they've got everyone panicking over a minor illness in the grand scale of things in order to slip this through. You couldn't make this up.
