@stevvvvveperry And they'll never allow that sort - because that doesn't help their intentions. They don't want you critical in your thinking, they want you obedient in your actions. They want you to be obedient workers: smart enough to do the work but just clueless enough to accept every piece of tripe they pass as gospel.

@cqllel That one criteria is as semantic driven as it is void - every planet has debris surrounding it - hence it's a very common occurrence that we get hit by meteors - sure they're barely bigger than your hand most of the time, but the criteria never stated the size necessary to determine what constitutes an obstical in orbit. And despite the fact Earth removes most obsticles in its orbit, it remains surrounded by obsticles regardless - therefore by your logic Earth isn't a planet and no one is going to buy that for sensible reasons. Pluto orbits the sun, perfectly spherical on its own gravity and even hosts it's own moons. Therefore, it's a planet - no matter what a third rate nerd wanted to try and make his name known for, because he couldn't quite hack it any other way.

@cqllel The first two are a given - if it orbits the sun primarily and is spherical then it's a planet. Moons orbit planets primarily and sun's secondarily - that's the difference.
