@oliverearnshaw6189 someone on YouTube said it best - "I tried to follow the science and got nowhere. I then proceeded to follow the money and as if by magic, I discovered the science."

@davidwhite4874 Seeing as how apparently during the middle ages, it was on average hotter then today; I'd entertain the guess of "Not much"

@smeghead7698 not to mention the distance between the Earth and Sun isn't a constant - whilst never leaving the "Goldilocks Zone" the planet wobbles to and fro along its orbit - so it goes without saying that for some time it gets a little bit closer to the Sun and then moves back away and given how a star is essentially one giant heat source, it doesn't come out of the realm of impossibly that the climate of said planet can be affected by it.

@davidwhite4874 To us - the fearmongered anyway, the slightest change in temperature, heralds the end of the world. But to ole Terra: it's a Tuesday. I'm a misanthrope with a hint of nihilism, but even I say that people would understand this if they dropped this incessant and morbid desire to face the end of the world.

@Halbared I'm not sure, I read it amongst the comments of a video a short while ago. Credit given if I ever find it; but it's not wrong in the slightest.
