  2.  @andia968  I don't just say this to you, but to anyone and everyone who actually believes that any country these days actually has an economy. Our pennies and pounds: what are they based on? Gold? Abolished that standard in the thirties. Silver? Not long after Gold I'm afraid. It's based on a fiscal debt - basically the money of this country like every other is backed by the debt it accredits - so how do you pay back a debt when your currency depends on it? Short answer: you DON'T. Now with that said - a country with an non-payable debt: how can it have an economy? I'll let you know that the answer has two words...
