If you want the right that said amendment implies - then the only one that can make it a fact for you - is YOU. Rights aren't given or taken, they're either kept by fighting for them or they're lost when refusing to for whatever reason - Nobody can do it for you, you can only do it for yourself. Anything else is nothing less than a fallacy.
