@VVabsa Yeah we in the west tried that and all that lead to was the dismantling of commitments - divorces are high and commitment is low. The odds a child of the current three generations have of being in an actual family with both parents is fast becoming unheard of.

@nopenope8369 Have you seen the risk people take going into a relationship these days. One wrong choice and that partner can utterly destroy you.

@VVabsa First of all - not "my" government as I don't vote - only time was a referendum as I choose to represent myself. To answer your question - until 2010 they tried via welfare benefits and instilling political correctness. Behold the current result.

@VVabsa No, I dont; however it was put in along side it so as to have people put up with anything under the umbrella of "Tolerance" And isn't that a repulsive word - to not be liked, not invited, just put up with and tolerated.

@VVabsa Ah I was just waiting for that one - actually I DO have every right, because I never gave mine up. You however consented to their future actions with just a tick and thus you're responsible for everything they do by default and therefore YOU are the one with no right to complain, because it was YOUR choice to put them in to act. And in the process you surrendered your rights in exchange for privileges; which unlike rights, they can just as easily take away from you as they can give them.

@VVabsa And you actually believe a group of strangers that you elevate above everyone else is going to have your interests 😏 therein lays your problem. You prattle about the future whilst harbouring no heedance about the continuously forgotten wisdom painfully learned briefly by the repeated mistakes of the past.
