For the record: while I definitely stand for preservation of a culture and not tolerating an intrusion to upset that (I believe in the philosophy toward anyone entering another's country "Like it, or leave it") and i value equity and merit over diversity and equality - there's absolutely no altruism behind this behavior from the CCP - this is simply ruthless persecution.

@lukehall8151 The politicians are merely puppets; haven't you figured that out yet? That's the sweetest irony in it all: the world leaders - the great manipulators are a mere plaything. But the major corporations and the central banks which print the money and lend it to the countries of choice; they're the ones who REALLY run the world, but go seldom opposed. It's not so much just keeping power, it's the pursuit of more power.

Only thing however; nothing can be done to undo the deeds of the past as those who committed the acts and those who suffered them, are long since passed. What can be done are the deeds of the present, for as much as history can be used to demonstrate the deeds of the past to learn lessons of success and what mistakes to avoid - they can not be used to justify any atrocities made in the present. Doing so offers a dangerous precident, in which case Europe can blame Italy for all the misdeeds of the Romans and seek recompense from those who had no part in those deeds. So it would be wise to not give any footing to these authoritarian despots - lest they use the argument of lines from centuries prior as justification for their atrocities.

@lukehall8151 He's a useful idiot for an agenda - but once that use runs out and he becomes more liability, my money's on him being removed on medical grounds. Outside the fact that he was young back when the Dead Sea was still sick (A reference from Razorfist, yes) his dementia makes it easy to justify his buffoonery, but he's not calling the shots. Once he's no longer useful, Harris will be bumped up and by hell we're never going to hear the end of It.
