Whilst the notion of inclusion sounds ideal, it is both impractical and immutable in its impossibility. Case in point - think of all the cultures and stances, all the preferences and more in the world - then think hard and tell me what's the one single meal that everyone at the same time and place, the same quantity and preperation that they will happily agree on without a single exception. Food is the fundamental basic necessity for all humans to live and if you can't get people to agree on what that one meal should be; how can you even begin to try and get them to agree on anything else? And they know this.
