@amazingsupergirl7125 while that's very noble and everything, it doesn't solve the issue, only makes it worse. I'm not being cold, but people in the states have enough problems as it is without having extra taxes and the like thrown on top of them to cover all the expenses. The issue needs to be addressed on their own yard or it will never be resolved.
