  180.  @johnallen7807  no, but I do live in a family where most did serve in the forces: three in the army, one in the navy and one in the airforce and all of them have one thing in common - they wouldn't do it again, because the nation has become nothing worth fighting for, or on behalf of. Holding their words in mind is what stopped me enlisting as I would have done otherwise. Let's just say there's a lot that goes on in the forces that not a lot will talk about - not even to their closest. One instance I will share though is a term they say - the UN's military make the Nazi SS look tame. Voting is an ideal - if only in modern time it worked. Now all voting does is legitimise the intentions of the only ones who will ever get into power: puppets themselves looking for a paypacket whilst facilitating the movements that those holding the strings intend - how else would Klaus even get a head turned in his direction? Why else would the mass migration be glossed over but never really enforced? These 15 minute cities and so on. It's not just a lack of doing anything, it's also compliance with the idea that the system works for you when in actuality it doesn't. Most people, who actually bother to vote don't do so by their view, they do it because they've been told to: look at the halfwits protesting these days - none of them realise they've been had and all of them will vote in Labour. Protest votes for Reform are a waste of time, it merely means that one seat doesn't get won over by red for the opportunity of blue and vise versa; even those that do win will be in the same bedfellows as the Tories and Labour; which then begs the point - why even play when the game can't be won? People need to be accountable for themselves and take responsibility instead of ever giving up liberty for the delusion of security and sloth addled self gain. I saw it in my year - by time I was 20, I could count the girls who left school in my year, who didn't have kids with the fingers on only one hand - all of the others: social housing and benefits. And I'm outright frankly ashamed to have been in the same year.

  182.  @christinerussell113  well first of "Conspiracy Theorist"? Thanks for the compliment. Second of all - you know the difference between conspiracy theory and reality these days? Roughly between six months and a year - so I fail to see how you make any point that isn't disingenuous. You oppose the matters of the modern day, but choose to do nothing but play along just as they would hope. And you just don't see it - even now while you're complaining, you're just doing as you're told. "Well we just need to vote in..." you might counter, to which I respond: We ended up with Thatcher/Major after all the mass strikes of the 70s. Then after that, we got landed with Blair/Brown, because people thought "Well, we'll just get change..." only to wind up with an illegal war, mass influx of migrants and the instillation of "political correctness" in the minds of many. THEN we got Cameron/May/Johnson/Truss (Barely) and now Sunak who have botched the economy over their fumbling of Brexit, incompetently panicking the nation over a cough and sending billions over to a cause we should have stayed out of... and I don't think I need to point out the delusion of zero carbon and the cluelessness of the very strikes that resemble the 70s. Frankly I am sick myself of this cowardly indignation of wanting things to change, but no one wanting to take responsibility. You claim I offer nothing more then "mumbo jumbo" well I retort that you offer nothing more then hypocritical foot stomping and inevitable compliance in the hope "it'll magically be different this time". Ever heard a definition of insanity - because one definition is expecting reason with those who don't care about anyone else's view but their own: tried talking in opposition to mass migration to the left recently? So tell me; hypocrite, when the dictatorial hammer comes down, how will you be greeting it? With a hopeful offering of your hand or their version of the Hitlergruß?

  261.  @christinerussell113  are you done blowing smoke? Give yourself a great big pat on the back for actually doing something other then sitting there pining over your circumstance at the beginning of your adult life . I respect anyone who makes best of what they can't change and drive for better - now how about taking that bluster and focus it onto something that might get things done. You've surely by now realised the world hands you nothing and will take what it can from you when given chance; so what hinders you from no longer playing the game that the ones holding the strings over everyone, hopes you simply play in the idle hope of change? I have no interest in leading and my reasons for the use of such a name are my own. I won't bore anyone reading this with long blown elaborations of my own responsibities as a husband, as a father; which for the most part, unlike the majority of the boys in my year; I've been in my kids lives since day one AND been married to their mother since before they were conceived; still married 14 years on. As someone who has always known the value of hard work, I still make time to be with them and to be an actual parent and husband. I've never claimed welfare and never been unemployed and never not accepted failures when they're of my doing. I've worked through then and improved - a lesson for both my son and daughter to take to heart. I've was there when my mother died spontaneously despite having spent the last two weeks of her life in hospital, having had no one actually test properly on her because everyone was too panicked about a cough. I was there for my wife when her mother and father died and picked up the pieces - I could go on but I don't care for any applause for what essentially comes down to being a responsible man - the sort who you seem intent to scorn for expecting others to; using your words, grow up and stop expecting the world to bail them out and not expect the lunacy we see today. I never expect others to do what I am not prepared to do myself and while you call me arrogant - use whatever buzzword you like; I laugh at each one, I call it integrity. What I "propose" is revolution yes, but as I mentioned earlier - which given your inclination of reading other comments and yet seem to have skimmed this part: not the sort which has occurred in the past as I agree - it doesn't end well. But instead, one that simply has everyone in the nation turn around and denounce the system itself because it simply doesn't work. Call me an anarchist - but compared to the deeds of many a state - anarchy's issues are merely conjecture. That answer your questions or do I have to spell it out to you? You don't seem the stupid sort, so thus you don't have that excuse in not understanding.

  315.  @Valencetheshireman927  I'm talking full and complete independence, not on some unelected brat or self serving politician taking advantage of a clueless society. Which land? All of it. They wouldn't? Seemed to work with Alfred and the like - with Wessex consolidating all the other Saxon kingdoms to make up England as a whole. And as for who made those kingdoms? Oh yes, more deluded halfwits having emigrated in droves from the Germanic tribes to take advantage of the Brittans being raided by the Picts and the Gaelics following the fall of Rome. Institutions that essentially elevate some spoilt brat to let them stuff their faces while we're expected to work ourselves to death. If I were to try it I'd be locked up because I'm smashing the glass ceiling that's their comfy life and everyone else's denial. Musk got his money because he damn well EARNED it. She got it by being born between the right pair of legs. Inheriting from that thousand and so year tradition being elevated by deluded halfwits with no thoughts of their own. The monarchy didn't earn that land they don't deserve it, they just took it. And shot down any opposition. Were i to take over another person's home, I'd be arrested. Were I to claim part of the country as belonging to me I'd be laughed out and ignored. What would I have her do? She's supposed to be the head of state, that's supposed to be her role. But again she does nothing. Presidents get booted from power for doing that and I'm no Republican. I'd sooner have independent countries with people working on their own backs and earning their merit then to indulge laziness and undeserved praise. She's done nothing and so deserves nothing.

  340.  @janete5331 Then consider this a baptism by fire - read on if you're really interested in how this country, if not the world REALLY works. I don't need to "See the future" to tell you what's going to happen; I just need to do what anyone and everyone else needs to and with general ease can do if they just wipe their eyes and clean their ears: You'll vote for Reform and "Do your part." That's your stance thus far. But the reality is that the vote is only going to guarantee a Labour or Tory victory one way or the other; too many distracted and ideologically subverted puppets in the country voting out of habit or coerced instructuon rather then personal choice and reflection. And what you fail to realise is that it doesn't matter whether you're voting Red, Blue, Yellow, Green, Purple or whoever; the end result is going to be the same. And why? BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL ANSWERING TO THE SAME! The left and right wings are two wings of the same bird, flying in the same direction. The opposition of the parties is an illusion to fool people into thinking that Party A will do this because of Party B not doing that. And by voting you've granted consent for them to do it - whether your chosen party gets in or not and even more, they'll do what you find abhorrent regardless of whether they told you or not, because they have your vote already. And for the past century the Tories and Labour have leapfrogged over one another in the same song and dance while the goal of both is essentially the same thing. Tories have you worried about your earnings, Labour make you panic about public services and both are used to distract you while they've slowly but surely eaten away at your liberties and shame those few who have the integrity for calling it out. Yesteryear it was "Racists" then it was "The Politically Incorrect" and now it's "The Conspiracy Theorists" "So vote a new party!" You may cry and I answer back - that "New Party" will play the same game: it'd have to, or it'll never even get a single MP in a seat as too many invested interests aren't going to risk their own skin and lose everything that the status quo has afforded them. And they happen to be pally with the media who only tell you THEIR truth as opposed to the actual. They inform the easily swayed and distracted into thinking; or not thinking to turn in support of what they find appropriate - all the while prepared to back-pedal and deny it once it no longer suits. Think I'm out of my mind? Remind me how long Truss lasted? Her policies were the first sort that could be deemed Conservative in a good few decades and she was out within a month: she'd become an irritant to those with their own interests and the media obliterated her with few even bothering to look into why - the populice got told "She was going to ruin the country!" And they batted their eyes and carried on - letting the stooge they REALLY wanted in, sweep in by default. And we call him Prime Minister as of right now. With the general election coming soon, they're now going to honey people's ear and the same song will win again. And let's play devil's advocate - by some sheer fluke Reform get in, how long will they last unless they played ball with the status quo? I'd predict at best a year: the media would see to that and a snap election would be pushed through and they'd be gone the way of Truss. And all by the very process you're insisting to play your part in.
    1
  341.  @janete5331  The point I'm making in short my friend, is that it's all done to make you obedient; even if you're not aware you're being told to obey. And once you make that vote, they justify their actions with it. Look at London with that lunatic shutting the roads down essentially and that's just a Mayor. We're all but close to going to war with limited munitions; having given away most of them and a reduced military. We're being dragged back into the EU by technicality and if you even noticed about the sign up of our military arms to Brussels: we couldn't even defend ourselves without their say so if and when it gets through. Argentina's drooling at the bit for the first chance at seizing the Falklands; which since you have such a "great faith" in the illusion of Democracy - should have you rather worried as they voted to stay under the UK less then a decade ago. If we're restricted by Brussels and they've already declared that Argentina have a claim - well that ought to show you the farce of democracy. They distract you with the idea that you have a say; it's a trick to have you give up your actual say and let them have control so you think you can get on with your life. But that's not how it works - they're slowly but surely tightening the grip of power on everyone and once the fiscal debt system of which the pound, dollar and Euro and more depend on collapses: and it will be very soon - especially when BRICS (A Gold backed monetary union between Brazil, Russia, China, Saudi Arabia and just recently South Africa signed up) gets launched - the west is going to be made to realise how bankrupt we really are. And when that happens - tyranny will waltz on in and be welcomed by the voters by thunderous applause, because the alternative will be that unbearable by the majority that they'll accept any quick fix. "You will own nothing and be happy" heard that one? That's what this status quo is leading to and voting is simply giving government consent to continue constructing toward it. That Net Zero and Digital Currency are part and parcel. If you can't see it now, or if everyone else don't figure this out soon enough then there is no helping you, or any of us. So go ahead - vote your "Reform" party if it makes you feel better but when the next government gets in and makes things worse - and it will; you will have NO right to complain. I'm not elevated above anyone else in any way other then the fact I've blotted out the distractions and ignore the mockery and anyone can do it. Questions? I'll answer any.

  345.  @christineholloway8321  I've done so time and again on the matter with you, Christine. But I'll happily do so again. Let's just say by some sheer fluke Reform get in - majority government with a whole new collective who have never been in politics or involved with those who have and the leader is made PM. He and the rest of the MPs are then sat down and told the following "Right, you are now officially government, but we're the ones who call the shots and we also decide the direction of the country" this being establishment including the monarchy, business enterprise, media and so on, who all answer to the likes of Klaus and his ilk. It continues "With this said, we have a set plan of what we're going to do with the country and the rest of the world going forward, so you have a choice. You can either choose to play ball, do as you're told while putting up the facade with the opposition, made up of the same and take your slice. Or you can choose to try and do things your way and, let's be honest - you saw what we did with Truss and what the Americans did with Trump. We will utterly destroy you in the minds of the people via the media and you will never see a job in anything meaningful ever again." That's just those who aren't already affiliated with politics, those who are and are part of the main parties and the others including Reform and so forth - already know the score and they know the game is rigged and who their boss is. No matter who the country votes for, the government and opposition answer to the same master and it isn't the people who vote for them. The vote is an utter con - built to keep people under control, drawn out so as to get as many people to legally sign permission for establishment to act as it pleases in their name - with a tick. Get it yet, Christine - or does this reality check just not match up with the illusion you want to uphold by crying "Join Reform! Vote Reform!"

  373.  @ASHEN_ONE_GAMES  Eddie Barzoon is a fictional character from a film - he'd been nursed through two divorces, a rehab and a pregnant receptionist. Having lived his life in pursuit of his own impulsive direction, he finally died when he was mugged by two homeless men who wanted his watch that he refused even then to surrender. Now how does that compare with the matter at hand? Because, paraphrasing the speech within that film to pertain to reality at hand - you watch Barzoon bounce around like a game; a wind up toy. Like 250 lbs of preverbrial greed on two feet - his own special creature. We're in the next thousand years and take a good look at ole Eddie; because HE is the posterchild of this new millennium. People like him, like the majority you see, it's no surprise where they come from. We live in a point of time where the human mind has been sharpened to the point that we can split the atom with the push of a button via a simple desire, we've built egos the size of cathedrals, fiber optically connected the entirety of mankind to every eager impulse. We take even the dullest and deluded of dreams and we drape them with money coloured fantasies, until each man and woman becomes in their own mind their own Emperor - their own god and where can we go from there? And as we're each jumping through one delusional hoop to the next - who's keeping their eyes on those in a lazily elected place in power? As their powers expand, our rights traded for privileges that are just so quickly retracted; even the simplest objection to the status quo and narrative is met with stern constanation and mockery - and it just keeps going faster and faster. You're not given chance to think, no time to prepare: it's "For your safety and the security of the future" when the reality is - there IS no future. We're all on a runaway train and just in the UK alone, we have 70 million plus Eddie Barzoons all towing into their 'future' - every one of them desperate, eager to stab even their near and dearest in the back, wipe their hands clean of the evidence before reaching out to their pristine, fibre optically connected device, to tote up their billable hours and brownie points. And then it hits home: YOU'VE got to pay your own way Eddie - you're a little too late in the game to buy out now. With a belly too full, a body too sore and eyes bloodshot, you're crying out with what little air you can gather in your lungs for help but guess what? There's no one there! You're all alone now Eddie - you've become your own "SPECIAL" little creature. And the irony being when the shit hits the fan, they'll blame everyone but themselves for having rolled the dice once too often. In the end we're letting ourselves down.

  411.  @nretik  Your point about government is correct - though they're merely puppets to those who really run things. However I have studied into the "Royal" family and all their 'wealth' is undeserved and unjustified. What, because a thousand years ago a pretentious egotistical prat from Normandy was able to convince a few thousand drunken suspecious halfwits that they ought to make him king and take ownership of land? Well if I declare myself Emperor, through convincing a million or so to follow me - does that make me so? No, it doesn't. And as for the "work" aspect - stuffing their face and being so pretentious so as to travel luxuriously around the world to lecture people on how they're living their lives wrong - when none of them have ever earned their own keep their entire lives or had to live without: ALL at the expense of the taxpayer, does not constitute as "working hard" were they not being recognised as "royals" by ridiculous halfwits, they'd be seen for what they are: a bunch of brattish, deluded benefit claimants who wouldn't know work if it smacked them in the face. And Charlie like mommy before him and every last monarch since the restoration has done NOTHING. The last one who did anything, did so by receiving an axe to the neck... ironically also called Charlie. And the "wind farming" I'm actually laughing at that - those things are counter productive, cost more to build then they ever will make in profit and when they need decommissioning, will cause more "environmental damage" then the source that anyone with any sense would just use, ever could... and guess what; those wind farms need oil just to run - so 'noble' a waste of money on land that Charlie has 'inherited' but hasn't ever earned. And money? That's even richer - he's a "King" of a nation like every other that has a currency backed on how much debt it owes as the pound is; like the Euro and Dollar etc...WORTHLESS! So much for "handling money" properly - can't even get any that has any actual worth since the last pound worth anything on its own was concluded in the 30s with the dropping of the gold standard.

  441.  @KyleTheDalek  at this point it would be very difficult; not impossible but difficult. We would have to start Ideological Subversion in direction of traditional value with the next generation. The ones at present are too far gone. The first stage is Demoralisation and that's been repeated over and over for the last century almost with each generation after the last becoming more and more engrossed with this ideology we're seeing. It takes approximately 20 years to demoralise a nation with one generation and once they're adults the process is complete and irreversible. So even if we started RIGHT now it would still take another 20 years max to start undoing the damage and of course those who are indoctrinated already will not go down easy - look how quick they are to cancel. Another thing we would need to do is FORCE our establishment to stop abetting this philosophy and to not invest in nations that propogate it. And seeing as we're nearing the end of stage two we don't have long left. Once the nation hits crisis it's all but over as the truth - even if accepted won't matter to people desperate for the bare necessities. Chairman Mao in China can be attributed with that with his "Great Leap Forward" in which he starved his nation to such desperation that families were exchanging their own children with their neighbours so they wouldn't feel as guilty of committing the ultimate atrocity with their own. You'll find the true depth of the matter in older books as the new ones "conveniently" omit it - "History is written by the winners" after all "A great lie agreed upon. They were starving and desperate - then Mao came and offered a way out at the cost of their liberties "for just a short while" and we know in politics, a short while is never quite short, but desperate the people fell for it and so look at China now - even Stalin would never have dreamed of such "success" at subjugation and obedience - with the people for the most part WANTING to be for they deem it better then starving to the point of resorting to those measures, in spite of their leaders being the ones who caused it.
