@princealex3985 Why and with what? You've ranted on and on in this chat and have yet to actually define a relevant argument to strategically benefit such a move - that is foolishness, but not unexpected from one looking to cut off their nose to spite their face.

@princealex3985 and there it is - "Better to bow to the EU then England" your only reasoning isn't for the bettering of the country; which wouldn't happen anyway, the Scottish government would simply just have another excuse for its inability to do anything of actual merit. Instead like typical pumped up Scots - your argument is based on one little thing: ought to know, my family is Scottish as well as Irish and English. That one thing: is sheer, pure, utter spite. And not even well though through spite either. The process of joining that fourth reich takes a good ten years, of which all states must agree, with no currency post leaving, a massive debt defaulting to bankruptcy and thus no infrastructure or economy: they'd be better off accepting Venezuela.

@iandurie8580 question also arises as to HOW they'll pay off the debt with any currency? They wouldn't have one from the word go the Pound Sterling's a British currency; in an independent Scotland it would be nulled and void.

At least now you're being honest: Scotland can go with a massive portion of the debt we're carrying that it can not ever pay because it's currency will no longer be backed by the Pound Sterling having no access to the coffers - the subsidies we're paying can go to pay off our own. You're not seeing how you'd be doing us a favor here and dropping yourself in deep are you...
