I'd go on a limb and say a complete removal of the system and start again from the ground up - with each man and woman accountable and responsible for themselves... but that'd be asking too much from the majority of the pathetic and weak driven by their feefees more so then their "intelligence".

@robertmcqueen289 Oh yes the unions - each one run by a misfit looking to make a profit at the expense of misfits... and they despise the Tories... why? Oh of course, they do in name but in truth they love them being how they are because it can be used to justify their own stance and continue to be paid put of pocket by the people who're too distracted to make a stand on their own.
