@dmoiseyo8882 I'd suggest you brace yourself then and kiss your liberties goodbye if that "Lobbying Group" gets its way - and given the lack of awareness or simple apathy by the majority, it's more a matter of when.

@Valencetheshireman927 to which I oppose to both. The monarchy in any form is outdated and excessive and entrusting politicians to make my decisions sticks in my craw too much given the ease of corruption. I'd say give independent accountability a chance.

@Valencetheshireman927 I'd sooner be dependant on myself. That way I've no one else to blame. Oh the Money argument - and just WHO gave them the land to begin with? What, because a thousand and so years ago, an army of superstitious drunken halfwits declared it? Well in that case I might as well declare myself Emperor, because I could get a million people to agree with my stances. Doesn't work that way? Well then why does theirs? Why should I have to work to death while they sit in luxury having done nothing to deserve it? Why should I settle for the state of the country being in a right mess, compliments of the corrupt and incompetent governments over the last seven decades to which she has done NOTHING to correct? And answer me this - what value is the currency, when it's not been based on Sterling Silver since 1937 and instead based on debt? A debt which used as political leverage, yet can never be paid? And when the big crash happens - and it will, what is she going to do? Or Charlie boy when Liz expires? NOTHING. Except watch the surrendering of the delusion of liberties which have been squandered to some more unelected opportunists who will force the argument essentially of "Comply or die".

@Valencetheshireman927 I'm talking full and complete independence, not on some unelected brat or self serving politician taking advantage of a clueless society. Which land? All of it. They wouldn't? Seemed to work with Alfred and the like - with Wessex consolidating all the other Saxon kingdoms to make up England as a whole. And as for who made those kingdoms? Oh yes, more deluded halfwits having emigrated in droves from the Germanic tribes to take advantage of the Brittans being raided by the Picts and the Gaelics following the fall of Rome. Institutions that essentially elevate some spoilt brat to let them stuff their faces while we're expected to work ourselves to death. If I were to try it I'd be locked up because I'm smashing the glass ceiling that's their comfy life and everyone else's denial. Musk got his money because he damn well EARNED it. She got it by being born between the right pair of legs. Inheriting from that thousand and so year tradition being elevated by deluded halfwits with no thoughts of their own. The monarchy didn't earn that land they don't deserve it, they just took it. And shot down any opposition. Were i to take over another person's home, I'd be arrested. Were I to claim part of the country as belonging to me I'd be laughed out and ignored. What would I have her do? She's supposed to be the head of state, that's supposed to be her role. But again she does nothing. Presidents get booted from power for doing that and I'm no Republican. I'd sooner have independent countries with people working on their own backs and earning their merit then to indulge laziness and undeserved praise. She's done nothing and so deserves nothing.

Consider self dependance and accountability over either a Republic or Constituonal Monarchy - be in charge of yourself.
