  1. This is ridiculous. As a head of security - wont say where, its frustrating beyond belief when criminals act out and we're to basically let them go because we're the ones in bother if we restrain them. The world pushes without mercy and when a few decide to push back, the world points and cries evil.

  3. @TayWoode  you're not being snotty at all. I completely agree; having brought up that argument with the higher ups myself - their argument is that we're to be deterrents... well deterrents only work in so far that the public believes they're more than just that. And when they realise we're little more than animate scarecrows... well you're seeing what happens.

  4.  @EvgeneXI  The system needs to go first. Everything else can be torn away and it wouldnt make a difference.
