And people will just see this as the court being either consenting, acquiescent or simply disinterested in the wellbeing of the country and it's people. But it's at least an simpler and quicker way to say they don't care. So answer me this - when the law of the land appeases the law breaker at the expense of the law abiding, to what purpose is there to continue abiding? These migrants - not refugees are coming illegally... and the law is doing NOTHING.

@tony_w839 They're crossing the channel ILLEGALLY from a safe country - I and so many others do NOT care what semantics are used to argue that; it's a fact. Those are not refugees, those are not asylum seekers, those are migrants; illegals at that. And the law is doing NOTHING.

But in the end you offer nothing but convenient rationalisation for the government in it's entirety- not just this current party to keep doing nothing and thus prove itself inept. And for all your talk of a "Liberal Democracy" we're living in a police state already where much in the way of speech is restricted for the sake of weak minded folk and their feefees. Most wouldn't recognise actual liberal values if they were slapped in the face by them. Or if they were - they'd whine and cry about it.
