@mijimonmaster If a right has to be written down in law however, then it's not a right - it's as one once wrote "Hay and a barn for human cattle" for the more a government can "give" the more from you it can take. Rights are as absolute in as long as people defend them.

@mijimonmaster "The state calls it's own violence law, but the violence of the individual, crime." And if government can write a "right" into law then they can just as easily write it out of it too. Your last argument is the only part I agree with - it's up to people themselves to fight and defend their rights. Because the moment they relent to having to have it written by others, they've already relinquished it.
