  1. Still a lot of people in cities of Russia. And a lot of them in the middle of day do nothing. Especially women. I mean they are not working just walk from like barbershop to nails then do shopping, then eat in restaurants. So much available work force. And they are pretty young. Like 20-30 years old.

  2.  @Redmenace96  yes they are lazy. And often there is somebody in family, who works. These young people just chose to have sex, drugs and rock n roll.
