  1. Palestinians are genetically jews, their ancestors worshiped judaism and wrote Old Testament. Then they were converted to Islam and take arab culture while staying on their historical land. While other part migrated to Europe, heavily mixed with germans, polish but managed to save old jewish culture and religion. It is a question who is more jew - the one who is jew genetically but worship Islam or the one who is half breed with other nations but worship Judaism? I would say both are jews and have equal rights.

  2. We live in culture world and culture plus religion worth more then simple DNA. So yes all people who worship Judaism and jews culture are jews and all people who worship Christianity or Islam are not jews despite of DNA tests showing opposite.
