CULPABLE cul·pa·ble adjective 1. “DESERVING BLAME “ 2. “You're just as culpable when you watch something as when you actually participate" They ALWAYS pass blame. Don’t think that I’m picking on Islam. I hate ALL religions. Islam is not even at the top of my list.
