  4. A) One wrong does not justify another. Hostage release was already offered to Israel and rejected. The IDF takes hostages all the time. B) Nobody is asking for immunity, just not carpet bombing and chemical weapons use. There's also nothing about this that applies more than it would for the Oct 7th attack. C) There is literally 0 evidence of military personnel being in the hospitals. International aid workers are there however. Also dropping smaller bombs before bigger bombs is not a warning, let alone due warning. Adequate time and safe passage has been denied by the IDF.  @robertcampomizzi7988
