The scariest way she could think to describe it was "bio pharma injection". That describes insulin, just not in their heads. Bio because if you shorten biological it stops being natural good and becomes toxic chemkillz. Pharma because the entire industry has to be homogenized into a monolithic doom council called bigpharma. And of course injection because stabby stabby = scary scary.
