@richardprofit6363 Also, moving goalposts without answering the question is not rational. That 'something greater than us' that you suppose explains the universe just becomes the thing to explain instead. It's the same unanswered question except you've asserted the existence of something which cannot be observed, whereas the universe is literally everything we can observe so it doesn't require assumption. And as Occam's razor is about parsimony, it sides against your view. Which is littered with other assumptions, such as the idea that modern cosmology rejects causation for the origin of our universe as we know it. Though I suppose that is more of a deliberate strawman you've learned to regurgitate.
