@arthurzhao8476 They regulate how insurance companies operate a lot more, and a big chunk of services are directly covered for everybody by the government (e.g long term care such as for the elderly and disabled) though.

I appreciate the distinction between pharma and insurance. People too often lump them together and act like their interests are identical.
