  2. I'd recommend man-catchers instead (used in Japan). There's little to no need for cops to beat or shock someone who has a knife.

  5.  @ChrisPBacon741  Police brutality exists. It's not tough to see from the video and if there isn't anything to disprove that they were preparing to kill him, then the officers are murderers and the whole department needs to be put under a microscope.
