It's pointless, not only because it doesn't contribute anything of substance to the conversation, but also because it does nothing to even identify what drives the problem (big finance, electoral dysfunction, global inequality) let alone how to change things. Raising money means nothing when it's just spent on making even more dumb noise to raise even more money.

  4. Losing generations won't change anything that drives the problem. Looking at this only in terms of abstractions like awareness and political will is futile.
