There was drugs involved many victims don't remember the rape as they were drugged, they may have physical injuries but no recollections, flashbacks are the first sign something sinister happened to them. The mind is a complex organ more than we can say for other organs.

  45.  @jon-f7u  way off, a traumatic event there's no set way to behave or not behave, all people are different and respond in different ways, many rape victims have delayed reactions, some 'carry on regardless as if nothing happened, or can become very reckless, others infantile, there's no set responses, no correct or wrong ones. it's rape myth, and there's plenty of them. there was drugs involved too, maybe her wanting to continue to party was a psychological response to not knowing what happened to her, there's plenty of reasons.what drugs were involved:? alcohol and cocaine? What else? CCTV footage can be staged and manipulated to look one way, it's not that reliable. None of that says she wasn't raped.

  48. Ever consider there just wasn't enough evidence to convict ? If the police took no action against her after the case there was credible evidence a rape took place just not enough to convict. They don't take these cases to court unless there's credible evidence a rape took place and that they can get a conviction. Majority of cases never see a court room because theres not enough evidence . Lots of cases fail for various reasons, he says it was rough sex she says it was rape.
