  1. Sorry , I don’t understand. ......In the opening remarks you say common law marriages are not recognised in any jurisdiction. But then you go on and say , don’t be snookered by an unintentional common law marriage being entered upon by reason of cohabitating. Have I got this wrong?

  2.  @jcnlaw  I really appreciate you responding. However, in your opening remarks on the video you stated common law marriages are no longer extant in USA except with the possible exception of Pennsylvania. Have I misunderstood you ?
