  1. If he was really alive they would make a fuss about it. Then they would let him speak and let him do a little dance. Remember when that dam was blown up, they stayed silent and minimized the impact. They even didn't demand an investigation. That's how you know they were behind it. That general is dead, otherwise they would have put him on full display to mock Ukraine and the allies.
