You sir, are correct. Many people here in Europe are just simply blind to the fact that all of our countries, and major political parties are still leaning more towards the Left. You will be hard pressed to find political parties who are advocating for actual (Classical) Liberalism (John Locke) and bringing down the socialistic "welfare state".

By privatizing the Government specifically looses the control of it. The first thing any authoritarian regime does is the opposite, i.e. nationalization and centralization of everything under the Government. You got things backward, buddy.
