@CC3GROUNDZERO "By democracy." Democracy itself is nothing more than majority mob rule. There is a reason why socialism has only been implemented by totalitarian regimes, where you simply cannot vote against socialism. Allowing democracy, you also allow the majority to vote socialism away if they just want to ... among other things.

Also it's a bit deeper, social and cultural issue since for some reason you can only find those things on poor places where people keep making kids despite the fact that they cannot afford to raise them.
