@Migoke : Well it depends how you sit on it, but these gaming bucket seats do not support nor enforce the proper posture like ergonomic office chairs do nor have the customization to make them ergonomic. There is a a nice informational video here on youtube called "Gaming Chairs Still Suck!" from a dude who used to work in the field of ergonomics.
