There is no free market in a fascist society. Fascism employs economy that is owned and controlled by the State, also known as socialism.

If you are referring to social-democracy that we northern europeans have, well, it's still based on capitalism ... just fyi. Socialism simply doesn't work and never will. Capitalism works just fine.

Plenty of people were poor once that now own a wealthy corporation, thanks to Capitalism. Either it works for everyone or it doesn't work for anyone. If wealthy corporations can exist within such a system, then a poor can also become wealthy.
