  1. Great to see Kellie-Jay Keen interviewed. It infuriates me that mainstream media, when they mention her at all, refer to her as 'an anti-trans campaigner'. They don't dare interview her because they know that their audiences would find her to be perfectly reasonable, even if they don't agree with everything she says. I agree with Andrew's definition of feminism rather than hers, possibly because I have never had anything to do with feminist activism. I say I'm a feminist because I believe that I should have the same right as men to earn a living, own property, drive a car, go out unchaperoned etc etc. When you start talking about 2nd wave this or postmodern that I just think it's academics looking for a payday.

  3. I agree that there is a place for sex education in schools. It should be age appropriate and should concentrate on biological facts and discussions about consent and personal safety. Not every child is given adequate sex education by parents and too many of them these days are receiving their 'education' from internet porn.
