  1. Elements of Tracy's story are very like those of other trans widows I've seen interviewed - and it's not as if I spend a lot of time seeking out this particular topic. The most disturbing aspect for me is that there are people who are allowed to present themselves as therapists when they are really activists whose intention is to gaslight the wife into accepting all of her husband's demands. I hate to think what harm these charlatans are doing to women with less character and intelligence than Tracy.

  7.  @nicj5354  Andrew agreed with her, and he is not religious. As @scapps8173 said, it's about respecting the other person. If you are in a good relationship you don't make a significant change to your body or appearance without discussing it with your spouse first.

  10. The transplanted ovary and uterus that Lili Elbe received probably came from a mentally ill woman, or women, who were routinely sterilised at that time. His medical records were mostly destroyed in WWII so we'll never know the details.
