  3. He is a psychopath. He has no insight into the human condition and actually enjoys transgressing other peoples boundaries. Transgressing boundaries in order to receive feedback you are otherwise incapable of experiencing reveals itself as sadist enjoyment of power.

  4. I wish David would understand the difference between the words equality and equity in these instances. Equity - assuming there is injustice because not all outcomes in society are equal. Equality - provide all with a chance in life, a seat at the table, but accepting some will make more of life than others. We are equal but not interchangeable.
