  3. Sadly David is still equating the word equity with the word equality. The acronym DEI is advocating for equity NOT equality. Equality means balanced interchangeable consideration of Equity means asserting (without evidence) one group is failing because it is being actively suppressed. The equity principle concludes that laws should recognise one group should be given priviledges over others.

But it also gave provision for all Englishmen to be tried by a jury of his peers in his local lord's manor (read it). It is not statutes or state sponsored rights that govern us and what we recognise as 'lawfull' it is the collective judgement of our peers - the jury. An increasing number of people are becoming aware of how the legal system has progressively and largely unlawfully, dismantled our freedom by obscuring and denying the central role of the jury. The New Chartists maintain that a jury may disregard statutes and other 'rights' legislation when hearing a case if they unanimously view such directions as unjust.
