  1. The legal fiction that a "corporation is a person" gives cover to corporate employees who want to oppress people who disagree with their opinions. Hiding behind other staff member's written communication (which they will offer to draft - these topics employing such exotic and esoteric language) they can inhabit a corporation (meaning any business or government organisation) like a skin suit or puppet. I have simply asked the people signing correspondence to explain their reasoning, why certain words are spelled with capital letters, to define what antiracism is and why it is not racist. By challenging the 'yes' men and exposing their ignorance of the issues you can force them to hand the batten to the source of the Putsch they are attempting. Read Peter Boghossian and James Lindsay's excellent book "How to have impossible conversations". You have to avoid insult, but tease out through questioning just how they defend their views. Provide them with essays from James Lindsay's new discourses website to illustrate the meaning and implications of the words Diversity, Inclusion and Equity. Tease out of them the recognition their reasoning contains internal inconsistencies and contradictions to demonstrate you are ahead of them, but don't argue. Question and offer 'golden bridges' the means to save face. When they cannot explain themselves, or justify their opinions they find themselves in an indefensible situation that is so unreasonable it is plainly bullying and inequitable (ie illegal).
