  1. After coming out of the sling for 4 weeks, after a posterior dislocated left shoulder, I suffered Adhesive Capsulitis. After 5 years I'm still recovering back to full mobility, piece by piece.

  2.  @theanatomylab  I'm good, just need to return to FULL mobility. Thanks! Oh and yes, the FKIN PAIN. They had to give me Morphine, and it was still not enough!
