  2. No. You CAN defend yourself during a break in in MAR AH LEND. A case a couple of years ago a guy shot through the door to stop the thugs breaking in & it was perfectly legal. That Sumpter pursued & THEN stabbed was the infraction in this guys case, though it was retarded & mitigating circumstances like they WOULD have come back...apparently didn't matter. And THAT is retarded.
