  5. Don't forget FEMA has DEI RESTRICTIONS on it. There's NO WAY that $750.00 should be paid BACK to FEMA. Its OUR MONEY. NOT FOR ILLEGALS WHERE MOST OF IT WENT. Most homeowners policies do not have FLOOD riders & their deductibles will immediately wipe out a lousy $750.00 anyway. Most of this catastrophic damage is NOT covered by a basic homeowners policy.
