  8. All that money supposedly for schools & businesses will never make it past the politicians in those destroyed cities & states anyway. They'll pocket most of it. The rest will be squandered. There's never any accountability. Plus that - with Green Deal restrictions on everything these businesses will NEVER be able to meet the ridiculous Green criteria to be able to reopen. Add to THAT that there's a race contingency & we have here nothing but another huge money grab from the taxpayers that is a circle jerk for the politicians & HUGE multinational corporations.
