  3.  Pandemonium Doom  Don't know if it gave him a pass, yet a motivation. I think the whole thing was about as organic as any other false flag. It was planned & executed because to let it happen changes the narrative back to hating white men & guns from the obvious Islamic crap being exposed by the trash in our Congress & by Tommy Robinson in the U.K..
