It's all wasted and pocketed by those who it gets handed to and there's never ANY accountability- year after year they just demand MILLIONS AND BILLIONS MORE "FREE" taxpayers money- hence - there's never a cure. The insta-grant programs are the biggest grift labs have going & that a GLOBAL grift off the American taxpayers & we don't get a vote on any of it! The only requirement to re-fill the coffers? Spend all the previous grant money before the renewal. Amazing, isn't it? The only one I ever hear reading the ABSURD shit in spending bills they shove through is Rand Paul as well. Yet they always get passed. And he keeps getting beaten up.
